About

Discover Little Forge Farm!

The name came about because we have only a little farm, just the way we like it, but we also have a wonderful, old school, forge! After trying out many names, we kept coming back to this one. With our main forge, and smaller, mobile gas forges we are hoping to have blacksmithing classes and open evenings soon. With our little farm, the options are endless, and we want to share our ideas and projects with you!

Our animals

We have had a few different species of animals over the years and have finally settled on goats, horses and chickens. The three work well together to keep the pastures tidy and keep each other healthy. They are also important in our self-sufficient journey and provide us with eggs, meat, wool, and milk. Well not so much the horses unless we rode them to the shops!
